RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Your reservation is guaranteed with the credit card or/and payed advance payment. Your credit card will be charged exclusively on your personal authorization on the day of your departure or in case of delayed cancellation. You will pay the amount or the rest of the amount for the stay at the accommodation before departure, namely by transfer to a bank account or in cash.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In the event of written cancellation, guests are entitled to the following deposit refunds:
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 90 % of deposit,
up to 21 days prior to arrival: 60 % of deposit,
up to 14 days prior to arrival: 40 % of deposit,
up to 8 days prior to arrival: 20 % of deposit,
7 days to 1 day prior to arrival: no deposit refund.
If the reservation is cancelled less that 1 day prior to arrival (or on the day of arrival), guests agree to make payment for the full agreed amount of accommodation for up to 3 days of rental.
Different refund conditions apply for some cancellations (e.g. ill-health, force majeure...).
